Third I Rex & IMPERATRIX MUNDI RECORDS proudly present two of the Italians finest black metal acts to date! With pride and joy, we welcome to our family NOTT & NEBRUS!
Whilst NOTT isn't a new name for us (we have been promoting in collaboration with the band & Obscvrvs Records the band's "Vestigium Mortis" album back in 2018), NEBRUS is a band which we've been planning to work with for a long time!
Vomited by the same artist Mortifero, the two acts benefit of completely different approaches to the genre! Whilst NOTT is mainly rooted in the classic black metal sound, NEBRUS is more experimental and dissonant, creating a unique take on religious black metal classics such as Deathspell Omega's groundbreaking masterpiece "Si Monumentum Requires Circumspice".
